Sociologist Steve Martin of the University of Maryland found that one in three women between the ages of 35 and 44 have three or more children. Previously, it was believed that large families were mainly made up of unemployed women, but now the situation is changing. The same expert found that women over 30, with higher education and professionally successful, have 2 to 3 children.
