“Noah started wearing dresses at age 2”, Megan Fox raises her son to be someone who is confident

Being a mother can be challenging and sometimes you find yourself in situations where you don’t really know what to do. Megan Fox lives something out of the ordinary, but the love for her son made her be by her side supporting him, without caring about anything else.

Megan Fox is a model and actress, best known for her role in the Transformers franchise. After many years of relationship, in 2010 she married fellow actor Brian Austin Green, whom she met on the set of a series. The marriage lasted ten years and they had three children.

Now, they are divorced, but for the children, they maintain a cordial relationship. Brian said: “We have a good relationship, I will always love her and I know she will love me too. As a family, we built something truly amazing and beautiful. We’ve decided to make sure we don’t miss this.”

Both Megan and her ex-husband know that the most important thing is the happiness of their children. Not only did they show it by having a pleasant relationship despite being apart, but they also made that clear when their eldest son Noah began to enjoy wearing dresses.

Megan talked about it. When Noah was 4 years old, he was already wearing dresses, and a lot of people commented. Her ex-husband once came to her son’s defense, saying, “I’ve heard that some people don’t agree with Noah wearing dresses. To them I say I don’t care. He is 4 years old and if he wants to use them, he will.”

Megan is often protective of her children’s privacy, but in a recent interview with Glamor magazine, she touched on subjects such as Noah’s experimentation and gender identity. He is now 9 years old, but his taste for wearing dresses was born when he was just 2.

Megan had an emotional conversation about her son and her decision to dress “differently.” She stated, “Noah started wearing dresses at age 2, so I bought a lot of books on the subject and all about it.”

He also told how he was informed about the issue, to know how to deal with the situation in the best way. The actress explained, “Some books are written by transgender children. Others are just about how a boy can wear dresses. You can express yourself through clothes any way you want, and that has nothing to do with sexuality.”

Likewise, she mentioned how her relationship with her children was, adding: “Since they were very young, I have incorporated these things into their daily lives, so they don’t feel weird, strange or different”.

She mentioned not being able to control people’s reaction to their children or what is taught to the children they go to school with, and then repeat what they learned at home. That’s one of the reasons Megan doesn’t like to post pictures of her boys on social media.

In the aforementioned interview, she is distressed when talking about the subject, but also very affectionate. Megan said, “I’m so proud of my kids. Noah is an amazing pianist. He can learn Mozart pieces in an hour. I wish people would see him, but I don’t want the world to have access to this gentle soul and people say absurdities, and we know what they will say.

Megan explained that it’s not easy, but her son has to deal with negative comments from other kids, for which “boys don’t wear dresses” or “boys don’t wear pink”. She mentioned that her children attend a hippie and liberal school in California, but these situations still persist.

Megan tries to teach her son to be confident, no matter what other people say. She remembered Noah wearing a dress to school and when asked if his friends had said anything, the boy replied, “Well, everyone laughed when I arrived, but I don’t care, I love wearing dresses so much.”

Megan knows her son Noah suffers, so she cares. “I wish humanity were not as it is. Even though my son is very brave and all my children are, I know he wanted to walk this path for a reason. It is very difficult to be a mother,” she said.

Fortunately for Noah, he has loving parents who support him. Regardless of the child’s decision, they will be hand in hand with the boy, because, above all, what parents want for their offspring is for them to be free and happy. Both Megan and her ex-husband Brian are doing what it takes for their three children to grow up this way.
