Negative feelings: How to express them in a positive way?

The negative feelings are there. AND Many people hide their feelings driven by their low self-esteem or ego. Others want others to guess what they feel. However, it is important to learn to express feelings fearlessly and effectively.

It doesn’t matter if you are excited, frustrated or sad. Express your feelings in the way you feel comfortable. Perhaps you feel worried about the conflicts that these feelings can generate for you with the people close to you. The following tips will help you let out your emotions and feelings without fear.

1. Think exactly how you feel

When you are able to define how you feel in one or two words, ambiguity is left behind.

2. Identify the cause of your emotions

3. Express yourself by painting or writing

4. Get out anger and negative feelings with exercise

Anger is one of the most negative emotions for our body and mind.. To avoid many of its negative effects, we can concentrate on doing a good exercise session to free us from it.

Find a physical activity in which you cannot harm anyone, but it helps you get rid of anger easily. You can choose to kick boxing, run or play baseball. Find something that attracts you and encourage yourself to practice it.

5. Talk to someone you trust

Find someone you can trust to talk about your feelings. If you don’t feel like talking about it directly, you can use a letter or email.

6. Scream or cry… or both
