Ingredients
1/2 liter of water 1 1/2 col. (soup) of miso (fermented soybean paste) 1 sachet of hondashi (fish-flavored seasoning powder) 2 thick slices of tofu (soybean cheese) cut into cubes Green onion, chopped to taste
Way of doing
In a deep pan, heat the water. Once it starts to boil, lower the heat and add the miso. Stir to dissolve well. Then stir in the hondashi. Add tofu and remove from heat. Serve with sprinkled chives.
Yield: 2 servings.
