Let’s face it, losing weight is usually less about finding the right strategy and more about sticking to one. I don’t know how many New Year’s weight loss resolutions I’ve started off strong before abandoning them before February ends.

Manifesting weight loss helps you get into the right mindset. The most important thing is to believe that you can do it and to allow your desire to change so you can make the right decisions and make losing weight feel natural, easy or even fun.

The 369 viral manifestation method

There are many ways you can manifest weight loss. But for me the most effective way was the 369 Manifestation Method.

This is the manifestation method that people on TikTok went crazy over earlier this year. You might even have seen it on your For You page. TikTok videos with the hashtag #369method already have 178.6 million views combined.

Manifesting can help you find your purpose in life and it can help you unlock your own spiritual gifts. You will find that the more open and positive you are about it and the less you focus on your more material needs, the easier it will be in your everyday life.

So what is the angel number 369 all about, you might be wondering? Is it a special number?

How to manifest weight loss with the 369 method

There are two ways people have tried the 369 method. One is easier while the other is more deeply rooted in numerology and is more of a soul mission and needs a lot more inner strength. It spans a month of daily manifestation.

The one-day journaling approach

The simpler 369 method requires only a day journal and deep manifesting. Still, you must live and embody the intention and goal that you are manifesting going forward.

This approach requires you to write down what you want three times. Then write down your intention six times and your desired action nine times.

When writing your intention and action, be sure to use the present tense and be as specific as possible. More importantly, try to feel the emotions you would have when you reach your goal.

The 33-day journaling approach

The second 369 method is the one I used to make my weight loss a reality. I will not disregard the effectiveness of the first approach, which is confirmed with millions of TikTokers.

But if you’re trying to lose weight or have a long-term goal, then this 33-day-369 method is the one I really recommend. Consistency is key to the 369 Method. Once you start, you commit to doing it for the full 33 days.

How to manifest weight loss with the 369 method using your journal:

Choose your manifestation

Look deep within yourself to find the right words to manifest yourself. Your statement should reflect your full intention and aptly describe what you intend to wear. For the 369 method, the manifestation must last 17 seconds. This generally means one long sentence or two short ones.

Why 17 seconds you ask? They say that seventeen seconds is the time it takes our brain to focus on a thought or idea and generate more of that positive energy.

Begin your manifestation with gratitude – whether to the Universe or a Higher Being, that is entirely up to you. Also, use words that would enhance and show your emotions.

Diary 3 times after waking up

The next step is to take this manifestation to heart and write it in your journal three times. If you know how important the numbers 3, 6 and 9 are, you can try to time your time accordingly.

Now that you’ve recorded your manifestation three times, it’s time to let go. Rather than holding on too tightly and getting desperate, it’s better to let go of control and trust that the universe will work its magic.

Diary 6 times at lunchtime

Then, around noon, rewrite your manifestation. Six times this time. I did this during my lunch break, and it helped me keep my goal and intention in mind while preparing (or ordering) my lunch.

As in the morning, remember to let go and move on after journaling.

Diary 9 times before bed

Finally, note your manifestation nine times before you go to sleep. Remember to sense your intent and try to let your emotions flow into what you write. Just as you did earlier in the day, release your manifestation into the universe and find peace before you go to sleep.

The three different times and the frequency with which you write your manifestation are of great importance.

The six times you log midday serve to reinforce the intentions you release. Finally, the nine times you do before you end the day set your manifestation in stone.

Whenever you write down your manifestations, make sure you feel the intent and trust that it will work. Always remember that when manifesting, there is no room for doubt and wishy-washy emotions.
