Khatia Buniatishvili, the pianist who dazzled Orlando Bloom, arrives in Oviedo

The elf Legolas himself from “The Lord of the Rings” has fallen at his feet. The renowned pianist Khatia Buniatishvili (Batumi, Georgia, 1987) he travels around the world achieving success with his performances. This is what happened last summer in Paris, where Buniatishvili – a French national – resides when she is not on tour or taking refuge with her family in her hometown. This handsome couple was photographed in the streets of the French capital a few months ago. Apparently, the “Lord of the Rings” actor is divorced from the model Miranda Kerr and with a famous romance already finished with Katy Perryhe even spread a photo on his social networks with the pianist, whom he said he admired for her musical talent.

A talent that Asturians will also be able to enjoy next Sunday in Oviedo, as Buniatishvili will offer a concert at the Príncipe Felipe auditorium (7:00 p.m.), a city where he arrives after achieving notable successes this summer. In September his concert at the George Enescu Festival with the Israel Philharmonic under the musical direction of Zubin Mehta. The pianist has been surrounded by many greats in her recitals, among them, the Spanish tenor Placido Domingowho spared no praise for the Georgian, highlighting her technique and temperament at the piano as something “amazing.”

Orchestras such as the Paris Orchestra, the Los Angeles Philharmonic, the Vienna Symphony and the French National Orchestra have also had the opportunity to share the stage with an artist whom critics compare to Argentina. Martha Argerich for his staging and passion at the piano.
