According to Fabrício, the risk of eating the same things every day is to end up adopting a diet with low nutritional quality.

“If you consume chicken daily for lunch or dinner, it is possible that you will not have all the benefits of omega 3 in the body, since only the most fatty fish are a source of fatty acid”, exemplifies the expert.

Try to consume seven different fruits weekly, separating two of them per day.
