First, draw a large circle on paper, and inside it, in the center, a small circle. Sit back, relax and stare at this small circle. Feel that your eyes are focused on him. Now, close your eyes, pay attention to the facts that have been awakening these negative emotions in you. Try to be clear and define what you no longer want and what has been tormenting you. So think about the following: “I clearly know what I DON’T want.” So what do I really want? Clearly define what you want. The best thing is that, at that moment, you try to guide yourself by what you want to feel and which is intrinsically linked to the situation. In a few words, express your positive wish and place it in the center of the circle, the center of our wheel. Everything that surrounds the center of the wheel serves to write positive thoughts that bring you closer to reaching your concrete goal, things and facts that can improve your state of mind and that are attainable. Imagine a big clock in which the hours are positive emotions and fill in clockwise: positive thought number 1, noon sharp; wishful thinking number 2, one hour, and so on. Remember: only good feelings and ideas.

To make your work easier, we brought a model for weight loss – but it goes for any goal. If this is your goal, write “Lose Weight” in the center. Around it, keep putting what you should do (exercise, diet), beneficial results (pride of children), always objectively (it’s not worth just ‘exercise, it has to be something like ‘exercise 30 minutes, twice a week ) and achievable.

The Wheel of Attention method is effective in the first place because you choose the phrases on your own and therefore begin to commit your head and emotions to the goals you have placed in them.

So choose your goal, put it in the center of that wheel and start fighting for your goals. You can achieve anything you want, just start and work with determination and purpose.
