The product should be applied to damp hair, after washing with shampoo. It is important to separate strands, to wrap them, that is, to slide your hands repeatedly along the entire length until you reach the end of the ends.

Then, just make a loose bun and put on a thermal cap. Waiting time usually varies from 20 to 40 minutes, depending on the type and condition of the hair. To finish, just rinse, apply conditioner and repeat.
