The fingers of the hands must be interlaced and the thumbs stretched: the movements will be executed with the lateral part of the thumbs.

The tip of the thumb of the right hand should be placed under the left eye, close to the nose. Pressing, perform a smoothing movement directed towards the ears. Immediately afterward, gently move your fingers from the earlobes down the side of the neck to the collarbone. Neck smoothing massage should be done twice.

Perform the same movements on the other side.

Make a fist, place the phalanges of the fingers just above the eyebrow line and move them upwards until you reach the hair. Now, move your hands a little to the sides and come back up. In this way, you manage to smooth the entire surface of the forehead.

Close your hands into a fist. Pass the knuckles of the index and middle fingers, from the beginning of the eyebrow to the end, without going down. Repeat on the other side.

With your palms open, place your fingers on your forehead and gently move them towards your temples. The face must be covered by the hands.

Then perform smoothing movements, from the cheeks to the collarbone, along the sides of the neck.
