How to get soft feet using homemade ingredients

3. Olive oil

1/4 cup brown sugar 2 tablespoons coconut oil 2 tablespoons honey 3 drops peppermint oil

Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl and massage the scrub all over your foot. then rinse and dry with a towel. So, hydrate your feet well, of course.

5. Milk

Milk can also work miracles as a moisturizer for your feet. Here’s a simple recipe:

4 cups of whole milk 2 handfuls of baking soda a few drops of essential oil, relaxing music, several candles and a dose of good mood!

8. Aloe vera gel (aloe)

Well, we all know about the amazing moisturizing properties of aloe. You can make a gel with your own plant or buy it (make sure it’s pure as this is very important).

The use of the product is so simple that it does not require any special recipe; just apply the gel after showering. You can soak your feet in water; then you can use an exfoliant and, finally, the gel as the last step of hydration. Just apply it on your feet, put on cotton socks and sleep to see results later.

9. Vaseline

the vaseline prepares your feet for a stronger exfoliation. So, all you need is a thick layer of this ointment on your feet under your socks before going to bed. When you get up in the morning, take a foot file and rub the rough skin until it is smooth.
