Beakman
Lester
Mark Ritts impersonated Lester, a huge rat who was forced to collaborate with Beakman in his experiments. Despite doing everything very poorly, he always had food as a reward, which motivated him. Mark was primarily known for his participation in the series. However, he also carried out activities as a screenwriter, director and producer for theater and television.
Rosie
Rosie, one of the assistants Beakman had during the series, was played by Allana Ubach early in her career. Later, she participated in films like Legally Blonde, in the role of Serena McGuire, and lent her voice to Viva: Life is a Party for Mama Imelda. She has been part of more than 40 projects for film and television, both acting and dubbing.

During the second and third seasons of Beakman’s World, Liza roamed the lab sharing the questions asked by the audience. It was Eliza Schneider who brought this girl to life. She is a singer, historian and dubbing actress for South Park, series for which he lent the voice to several characters. In addition, she performed dialect recordings around the world.
Phoebe
In the fourth and final season, Phoebe became Beakman’s assistant within the lab. For this role, Senta Moses became well known. However, she participated in other projects such as They forgot me, in which she played Kevin’s cousin. More recently, she starred in the series Girl knows the World, which ended in 2017.
Don and Leo Penguins
This pair of penguins who watched the South Pole series had funny and meaningless arguments, until the moment of the show arrived. The Penguin Don was played by Bert Berdis, actor and television writer. In 2017, he acted in Quality Problems🇧🇷
The role of Leo the penguin went to Alan Barzman, who had previously been a dubbing actor for different animated films. Currently, there is no record that he has made any other collaboration in the film or television field.
Bonus: 7 facts about the program
The series was initially based on the comic strips. You Can with Beakman and Jax, written by cartoonist Jok Church, before being thought of as a television attraction.
In the first episode, Lester would only be a puppet to whom Mark Ritts would only lend his voice, but ended up wearing a sleeveless mouse costume and acting as the mouse itself.
Beakman used the expression “Zaloom!” when he had a surprise, and that term alluded to the actor’s last name.
Paul Zaloom has the right, forever, to play the famous scientist in children’s events.
The penguins’ names were, in the original version, Don and Herb, inspired by Don Herbert, who ran the children’s science program. Mr. Wizard.
At its most popular, the series was seen in around 90 countries, mostly in Latin America.
In 2016, Beakman participated in the Captain Disillusion, on Youtube.
