Ingredients

¾ cups of arborio rice 500 ml of almond milk or your favorite 500 ml of coconut milk Peel of ½ orange (without the white part) 1 cinnamon stick 5 cloves 1 tablespoon of butter 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 to 5 tablespoons of natural sweetener of your choice (sweet to taste)

Way of doing

Put the butter with the spices (cloves and cinnamon) in the pan. Let it warm up a little and add the washed and drained rice (very dry).

After three minutes stirring, add the almond milk or your preference.

Reserve ½ cup of the coconut milk and put the rest in the pan. Then add the orange peel, lower the heat and let it cook for 20 to 25 minutes.

Cover the pan for another 5 minutes and turn off the heat. Peel off the orange peels to store.
