Feeling empty is one of the most terrible experiences, where the meaning of life and joy sink into a downward spiral.

Why do I feel empty?

The emptiness we feel can arise from the loss of a loved one., a relationship breakup or it could be for any other reason that causes this existential void. Many people cannot tolerate loneliness, or they do want it, but sooner or later they begin to feel empty. It is a normal sensation, especially in those people who, due to their fear of loneliness, cannot enjoy it.

The loss of a job or some relevant role in one’s life also triggers this unpleasant feeling. Going from being relevant to someone, to fulfilling a role through which you fulfill yourself in some aspect. When that disappears, the hole seems difficult to fill and produces a feeling of emptiness.

Another of the main reasons why you may feel empty is dissatisfaction.. Think that by tendency we want to cover many things, go very far and, instead, we leave aside what we have.

Characteristics of people who feel empty

Fill your voids by valuing yourself

In short, value yourself, value what you have around you and above all live life. Well, the most important thing is that you feel that every day has been worth it. For it, Take each day as a new opportunity to test yourself, to know your limits of taking risks. that will undoubtedly make you feel that it was worth running them. Life is an experience, make the most of it whenever you can.
