Wax makes the eyelid saggy?

MYTH

There is no study that relates sagging eyelids with wax. This is what guarantees Aline Vieira, a dermatologist from Rio de Janeiro. The method, however, can cause other problems, such as the risk of burning, allergies and hyperpigmentation (some natural waxes contain lemon, and if exposed to the sun after the session, stains will appear).

Laser on the face is pierced?

The skin in the region is thin and highly vascularized. Even though it is more precise and lasting, the technique is aggressive and must be discarded in the area to avoid injuries. The dermatologist defends the good old tweezers as the most suitable method because “it promotes minimal trauma”.

Line does the thread take to be born?

MYTH

Positive point: the line removes even the finest fluff from the face. But it is similar to wax and tweezers in terms of the time between sessions (the growth cycle ranges from 15 to 20 days for the three methods).
