Emergency diet: – 2 kilos in 2 days – BOA FORM

If you’re 1 or 2 kilos short of reaching your goal, our 900-calorie diet will help you get there in just 48 hours safely and without fuss.

This menu has items with the power to accelerate metabolism, such as ginger, pepper and green tea. Combine meal options as you like.

fast diet

Breakfast

Option 1
1 cup (250 ml) of light soy milk mixed with 1 banana and 1 tbsp. (soup) flaxseed
Option 2
1 glass (250 ml) of light soy milk mixed with 1 frozen pulp of berries (strawberry, blackberry or raspberry) + 2 wholemeal crackers

Morning snack

Option 1
½ papaya with juice of ½ lemon
Option 2
1 kiwi 30 minutes before lunch + 1 cup. (tea) slimming tea (recipe below)

Lunch

Option 1
Green salad (lettuce, watercress, chard, arugula, endive) + 2 col. (soup) grated carrot + 2 col. (soup) of rice (brown, preferably) + 1 large fillet (150 g) of grilled fish with onion, tomato and 1 piece (3 cm) of crushed pepper
Option 2
Green salad + ½ medium sweet potato and 2 col. (soup) of pumpkin roasted with herbs (rosemary, pepper, oregano and 1 drizzle of olive oil) + 1 large fillet (150 g) of grilled chicken

afternoon snack 1

Option 1
1 Brazil nut
Option 2
4 unsalted almonds

Option 1
1 cup (250 ml) watermelon juice blended with ginger
Option 2
1 glass (250 ml) of green juice: 1 orange (peeled and seedless) blended with 1 cabbage leaf and 1 small piece (3 cm) of ginger (peeled) and ice water 30 minutes before dinner + 1 cup . slimming tea (tea)

To have lunch

Option 1
Green salad + 2 col. (soup) of steamed broccoli + omelet (4 egg whites and 2 yolks) with 1 piece (3 cm) of crushed pepper
Option 2
Green salad + 1 plate (bottom) of vegetable soup (avoid potatoes, mandioquinha and industrialized broth) with 1 piece (3 cm) of crushed pepper

Supper

Option 1
1 cup (250 ml) coconut water
Option 2
Pineapple carpaccio: 3 thin slices of pineapple, juice of ½ lemon and grated ginger
slimming tea

Ingredients
. 2 cup. (tea) filtered water
. 1 small piece of ginger (peeled)
. 1 col. (dessert) loose green tea

Method of preparation

Boil water with ginger. Turn off the fire, add the green tea and cover for 5 minutes. Strain and drink afterwards. Store the rest in a thermos so the tea does not lose its therapeutic properties.
