Detach: Talita Boros – Universal Sheet

I was very happy today with the publication of the article “Desapegue-se” written by the competent journalist Talita Boros. A few days ago, he had been interviewed by her, in order to base the matter with the point of view of the specialty of psychology.

The article was published on 04/01/2012 in one of the most widely circulated newspapers in Brazil today, with more than 1 million and 800 thousand editions – Folha Universal.

In addition to the foundation provided by me, it was also based on other possibilities for understanding detachment, such as that provided by the psychotherapist Cristiane Cappa. Another interesting perspective is that of the British Andrew Hyde, who decided to get rid of his things, traveling the world with only 39 objects.
