Nothing like family gathered around the table on a special date! With that in mind, we selected five recipes for dessert for Mother’s Day, which are quick and easy to make. The bets are condensed milk pudding, candy on a platter with fruit, lemon tart, pineapple cake with cream and passion fruit mousse. Get ready to venture into the kitchen and then enjoy your favorite treat!
Condensed milk pudding

Ingredients
Pudding
1 can of condensed milk 1 can of milk (measured by the can of condensed milk) 3 whole eggs
Syrup
1 cup (tea) sugar 1/2 cup water
Preparation method – dessert for Mother’s Day
Pudding
Beat the eggs well in the blender. Add the condensed milk and milk, and beat again.
Syrup
Melt the sugar in the pan until it turns brown, add the water and let it thicken. Place in a round shape and pour the pudding mixture on top. Bake in a medium oven for 45 minutes, with the round baking dish inside a larger one filled with water. Stick a fork in to see if it is well cooked. Let cool and unmold.

Candy on a platter with fruit

Ingredients
Cream
1 can or box of condensed milk 3 egg yolks 2 cups (tea) of milk 2 tablespoons (soup) of cornstarch 1/2 teaspoon (tea) of vanilla essence
Roof
100 g melted semi-sweet chocolate 1 small box of cream
Assembly
1 cup (tea) of halved strawberries 1 cup (tea) of seedless pink grapes 100 g of semi-sweet chocolate shavings
Method of preparation
Cream
In a pan, mix the condensed milk, egg yolks, milk, cornstarch and vanilla essence and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes or until it thickens. Reserve.
Roof
In a container, mix the chocolate with the cream until it forms a homogeneous cream. Reserve.
Assembly
In a round dish (23 cm in diameter), place the reserved cream. Distribute the strawberries and pink grapes and finish with the topping. Decorate with chocolate shavings and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Dessert for Mother’s Day: tlemon orte

Ingredients
Base
1 package of crushed cornstarch biscuits 5 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter 3 tablespoons of whole milk
Filling
1 can or box of condensed milk 1 box of cream 1/2 cup (tea) of Tahiti lemon juice
Meringue
3 egg whites 2 cups (tea) sugar
Preparation method – dessert for Mother’s Day
Base
In a container, mix all the ingredients until you obtain a firm dough. Transfer to a round pan (23 cm in diameter) with a removable bottom. Spread it well, pressing it with a spoon all over the base, until it becomes compact. Bake in a preheated medium oven (180ºC) for about 15 minutes or until golden. Remove and set aside to cool.
Filling
In a blender, blend all the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous cream. Pour over the already cold base and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Meringue
In a mixer, beat the egg whites at high speed until light fluffy (about 4 minutes). Reduce the speed and add the sugar little by little, until it is completely incorporated. Place the meringue over the cold filling, decorating with the help of a spoon. Bake in a preheated medium oven (180º C) for about 10 minutes, until the meringue is lightly golden. Remove, wait to cool and serve.

Pineapple Cake With Cream

Ingredients
Pasta
3 eggs 2 cups of sugar 3 cups of flour 1 cup of boiling milk 1 tablespoon of baking powder
Cream
1 liter of milk 1 can of condensed milk 2 egg yolks 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
Frosting
3 egg whites 3 tablespoons of refined sugar 1 large pineapple 1 small packet of grated coconut
Method of preparation
Chop the pineapple into very small pieces and place in a large baking dish, then sprinkle with 1 cup of sugar and set aside. Mix the dough ingredients by hand. Place on top of the chopped pineapple and bake. In a pan, place the cream ingredient, remembering that the cornstarch has to be dissolved in a little water, and heat until it thickens. Once done, place it on top of the already baked cake. Then, beat the icing with a mixer and place it on top of the cake. Sprinkle the grated coconut.

Passion fruit mousse

Ingredients
1 cup (tea) of concentrated passion fruit juice (200 ml) 1 can of condensed milk 1 can of cream 1 envelope of colorless gelatin powder (12 g) hydrated and melted according to the instructions on the package
Syrup
Pulp with seeds of 2 ripe passion fruits 3 tablespoons of sugar 1/3 cup of water
Preparation method – dessert for Mother’s Day
Beat the passion fruit juice with the condensed milk and cream in a blender until you obtain an airy cream. Add the melted gelatin and beat for 1 to 2 minutes to mix well. Pour into individual bowls and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours or until firm. Serve drizzled with syrup.
Syrup
Bring the ingredients to the boil and boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Use cold.
