Chia sago with grape juice –

1/2 cup (100 ml) unsweetened full-grain grape juice
2 col. (soup) of chia
1 clove

Method of preparation

Place the whole grape juice, chia, and cloves in a glass container and stir with a spoon. Leave the mixture in the fridge for 24 hours. In that time, stir a few times to leave the chia very loose. When consuming, add raspberries or strawberries.
