Casa Clan: La Cura Gastronomia signs the menu at the event –

To celebrate International Women’s Day, brands CLAUDIA, Good shape, baby.com It is elastic got together to promote Editora ‘s biggest women’s event, the Clan House. The initiative transformed Casa Higienópolis, in São Paulo, into a great space for debating issues related to the world of women. At the event, the La Cura Gastronomy signed some menus that were served to all subscribers, such as the cocktail that took place on Thursday, March 9, at 7 pm, a little before Assucena’s show honoring Gal Costa, and the fitness brunches that took place right after classes by morning.

In conversation with at Casa Clan, Suzana Goldfarbwho is in charge of the restaurant’s kitchen, explained how the La Cura project, which was founded alongside Mauro Brossoyour husband.

“I am of Jewish descent, I lived in Israel for a long time. And my partner and partner is of Syrian descent. So, we have a meeting of Arab and Jewish peoples in gastronomy, and in the end everyone eats the same food, even if in a slightly different way”, he declares.

According to her, during the pandemic, the two deepened their studies on Middle Eastern cuisine. Full of knowledge and willpower, they decided to venture into the kitchen with new recipes. Thanks to its success, the idea ended up expanding beyond the home context.

“Everything was growing from inside our house. First, we did really well in the Arab and Jewish community. Then, word of mouth spread the word, and that’s when we decided to take an even bigger step and became a delivery service. And finally, the restaurant was born. It was something that we always dreamed of, but that we did not imagine would happen so quickly. La Cura is the result of our team’s hard work and sweat,” says Goldfarb.
