So photographer Cecily Pierson, who initially just wanted to do a “blind date” photo shoot with no ulterior motives, ended up putting her models together better than any dating app.

A blind date, but with tons of great photos afterwards
The story went like this: Cecily Pierson, a photographer from Kentucky who often portrays couples and families, created a project called “Strange Session🇧🇷strangers session), that is, a photo essay with two people who have never seen each other, posing as if they were a couple.
She chose Luci Bess and Adam Scott as her role models, and the only thing they had in common was their love of music.
As is usually the case, despite all the pre-planning, everything went off the rails on the scheduled day. They started the photo shoot two hours late, with very little light from the end of the day. And the truck, the second location of the session, barely managed to arrive at the last moment.
The photographer and the models met and got to work. And after a few classic couple poses, Cecily noticed that her “lovebirds” immediately hit it off. Right off the bat, they started talking about their boots and their history. All talk about boots! The chemistry between the two made Cecily, in her own words, “melt”.
“The smiles you see are sincere. The laughs portrayed are real,” noted Cecily
Later they moved to a more romantic setting. This is where the truck comes in, hours later, with low light and music playing!

Luci and Adam even sang a duet!
“Not only did they harmonize vocally, but they harmonized on a much deeper level than just vocally,” said Cecily.
They exchanged their phone numbers and left as soon as the session ended. Then they arranged to meet the following Saturday.
Within a week, they officially became a couple and we fell in love with this Cecily-inspired fairy tale.
