The actress and author has two boys. She revealed to have breastfed her youngest son Fred for 4 years and 3 months. “I loved breastfeeding Fred. And Fred loved and needed care. It was the best nutrition and strongest bond ever,” she said.

Bialik was also honest about the challenges she faced during this period, admitting that breastfeeding was “never painful” and that she had “fought thrush several times”.

The actress, who has three children, continues to breastfeed her 2-year-old. She described that moment as “perfect bliss” and added, “This is what my body was made for.”
