7 Home Remedies That Help Fight Bad Body Odor

2. Coffee body scrub

Coffee powder is well known for its strong aroma and absorbing properties for other smells. So just rub some coffee grounds on your body to remove scents that usually linger on your skin, such as fish, garlic and onions. 3. Water with lemon

One part of sodium bicarbonate; Six parts cornstarch.

Mix the ingredients in a tightly closed jar before applying.

To prepare a wet deodorant with baking soda, mix:

One part of sodium bicarbonate; Two parts of coconut oil.

Mix the ingredients in a small bowl, apply to the body and gently massage into the skin. If you don’t want to use oil, make a paste with a teaspoon of baking soda and a little water. Apply to underarms and let the paste dry completely before putting on clothing.

7. Garlic tonic

It may seem strange, but despite the strong smell, garlic helps fight body odor because of its bactericidal properties. By adding more garlic to your diet you can eliminate some unpleasant odors.
