6 aromatic oils that will revolutionize your dishes

1. Oil with chilli

put 75 grams of ginger in slices, the skin of an orange (without the white part) and a stick of cinnamon in 250 ml of oil (of a mild variety). Let it infuse at 65ºC for 3 hours. Then let it rest in the fridge and filter it.
