5 essential oils to reduce cellulite

Make your own cellulite oil

To combat cellulite I suggest you do a light emulsion based on aloe vera gel very simple to prepare. In it we will take advantage of the properties of all these essential oils, which we will combine in a single formula so that they act in synergy.

To prepare this synergy of essential oils for cellulite, you will need a dark glass bottle with 100 ml dispenser in which you will mix all the ingredients, basically aloe vera, a vegetable oil, the synergy of essential oils and a few drops of vitamin E to favor its conservation.

Ingredients:

50 ml (half the bottle) of organic aloe vera gel 60 drops of lemongrass essential oil 60 drops of Atlas cedar or Himalayan cedar essential oil 30 drops of patchouli essential oil 30 drops of yellow immortelle essential oil (or you can use essential oil of wintergreen) 30 drops of essential oil of Ceylon cinnamon bark vegetable oil of apricot nut to complete the bottle 8 drops of vitamin E

How to use it:
