Revealing your weaknesses – like laziness in the morning – builds empathy with people, who may even reveal how they overcame the same challenges. “Today, it is common to seek the approval of others through likes, as if this feedback showed that we are doing the right thing”, says psychologist Yuri Busin, from São Paulo.
3. Use creativity
