If the problem is liquid retention, researchers from Osaka University, Japan, suggest flavoring the environment with grapefruit. The citric acid in the essential oil of the fruit brings more benefits: “It stimulates circulation and acts as a natural accelerator of the metabolism”, says naturologist Mariana Vitte, from Rio de Janeiro. And, if your appetite remains monster, try the lime flavor.
