Beginners: 2 circuits with 10 repetitions of each exercise.

Intermediaries: 3 circuits with 10 repetitions of each exercise.

Advanced: 3 circuits with 10 repetitions of each exercise and less rest time.

In each circuit, do one set of the exercise, switching places before moving on to the next. Rest interval: from 30 seconds to 1 min, depending on each one’s conditioning.
