Of course you know that physical activity improves health, mood and appearance. But sometimes we get carried away by laziness and trade leggings for sweatpants or the gym for Netflix. 1. You live on the 12th floor and walk up.
And climbing a trillion steps counts as a workout, right?

2. Your favorite show is on TV.

3. It’s too cold.
Don’t forget that working out in the cold can help you burn even more calories.

4. You go tomorrow.
You can’t work out two days in a row – muscles need rest, right?

5. You went yesterday.

6. You are tired.
Hmm… And it’s dangerous to yawn and perform any exercise.

7. You went to the subway.
Hey, walking is serious exercise.
