20+ Deep Sea Denizens That Remind You of Sci-Fi Movie Creatures

Sometimes it seems to us that in this world there is nothing left unknown. There are many documentaries and programs dedicated to the animal world. And all creatures have already been studied by scientists, described and photographed. Still, it’s impossible not to be surprised when you find rare creatures yourself in the sea, on the beach or in an aquarium.

We, from awesome.club, we love discovering something new about the world around us. We scoured the internet and found several deep sea creatures so amazing they look like aliens.

Serpula vermicularis usually dwells in shells and is a type of marine worm. Despite its appearance, it is not a plant either.

This is Janolus fuscus, which belongs to the phylum of marine molluscs

This is a nudibranch mollusk. It can be found all over the world and some species can be poisonous.

It is not a strange fish, but a cuttlefish.
