As happens every year, World Kindness Day was celebrated on the 13th of November. On that date, the good deeds taken by many people around the world are highlighted and celebrated. With this, we can remember that we do not live in a society as indifferent to the suffering of others as we might think. On our Planet, it is still possible to get help from a stranger willing to do good without a second thought.

Especially for World Kindness Day, the awesome.club gathered 19 stories of solidarity that prove: we can always do something good for our neighbor.

1. Helping a woman rescue her beloved dog

This man saved a drowning puppy. In the image, we can see that he threw himself into the water with his clothes and everything to take the animal to its owner, who was in despair.

A man from Athens, Greece, recorded the moving moment when a man approached a homeless man and presented him with a pair of shoes during the Greek economic crisis. The one who received the offer could not hold back tears in the face of such kindness.

Erik and Torvald from Norway were taking pictures with a new camera when one of them saw a sheep drowning and fighting for its life. Immediately, the boys sprang into action and saved the animal, not even worrying about their own safety.

Arnetta lives off the disability pension she receives from the government for suffering from rheumatoid arthritis. She uses what little she earns to help other people.
