Bonus: general tips for caring for your succulents

Keeping succulents in good condition is not a difficult task. However, it is important that these plants have some care. Following the tips below, everything will be simpler:

Make sure they get good lighting. Although it depends on the type, succulents need around six hours of sunlight, but also consider that some succulents will be better off in the shade, while others prefer sun and warmth. If any of yours are fading, they may need to stay somewhere else to get a little less direct sunlight.

Beware of excess water as this can be harmful. They can store water in their leaves or stems, so it’s usually enough to water them once every 10 or 15 days, but don’t soak them.

Choose pots with holes and a soil or substrate that allows the plants to drain enough, that is, that can hold the necessary amount of water, but that also dries quickly to prevent the roots from rotting.

What is your favorite plant? Do you prefer big or small gardens? We’d love to meet yours!
