In the film industry, actors often appear totally different in movies. They cut and change their hair color, gain or lose weight, and spend many hours with makeup artists every day to transform themselves into someone else.

Hollywood magic makes these characters so convincing in their roles, we forget that these people we see on screen don’t really exist in real life. And sometimes they manage to leave us in shock, when we find out what these actors who played our favorite characters are really like.

For the role of this villain, Nebula, Karen Gillan shaved her head and had to spend several hours over several days in the hands of makeup artists to transform herself into the character. The most interesting thing is that CGI (computer-generated imagery) was not used for this transformation. In fact, those responsible for all this magic were these genius makeup artists!

Rebecca Romijn is not only an actress but also a professional model. Makeup for the role of Mystique covered 60% of her body and took nine long hours to apply.

Rebecca’s appearance in the film was also kept secret, so she had to stay in a hidden location during breaks.

French model Aymeline Valade has a unique and sophisticated look. No wonder he played such a beautiful race in this movie. It’s amazing how unrecognizable it has become.

We suspect that all fans of Pirates of the Caribbean remember the charismatic voodoo practitioner named Tia Dalma. And it’s absolutely amazing how totally different this character’s appearance was from Naomie Harris, who she played in the movie.
