The story goes that the lyrics were composed by Kanye West and his mentor, No ID, who swear they wrote the entire song in just one hour. Producer Jeff Bhasker said: “Find Your Love is an extremely vulnerable song. And in reality, it’s a big risk. You almost feel like the song should be performed by a woman.” However, he said he hoped that the male audience would identify with the lyrics when they heard it sung by a man.

This is yet another song recorded by Beyoncé, but it was written for…yes, Rihanna! However, it is known that Sia, author of the hit single, was intended for Katy Perry. However, after getting no response, she resubmitted the work to Rihanna. According to the investigation, however, Riri’s agent held off the song for eight months, not wanting to pay the fees to guarantee the rights to the work. According to Sia: “Beyoncé heard the song, went quickly to the operations center and simply closed the deal.”

This song was recorded by Rihanna, but composed by Chris Brown. She was even considered for entry on Chris’ own album re-release, but when he finished the song, he realized it would be more suitable if it were played by a woman.

Kimberly Wyatt, singer of the Pussycat Dolls, stated that the group welcomed the song with a suggestion to record it, but passed up the opportunity. In fact, Lady Gaga wrote several songs for the album Doll Domination that were rejected, such as Text You Pictures and SuperStar.

This track, praised by critics for its catchy rhythm, was originally written by American singer-songwriter Mike Posner.
