12 People and companies that defend the Environment and fight to end pollution

The world is becoming more and more conscious about the preservation of the Environment, whether in the form of greater care with the disposal of garbage, or in the reduction of the emission of gases that cause the greenhouse effect. The excessive and indiscriminate production of waste (and its incorrect destination), for example, increases soil and water pollution and reduces the supply of raw materials for industries — to the extent that the same material could be recycled without the need for exploitation of more iron ore, more oil, etc.

Fortunately, there are companies that take responsibility for post-production and its consequences, as well as people (famous or not) who fight to prevent damage from increasing.

O incredible.club brings, today, a list of companies and people that seek to make a difference, helping to conserve the Planet we live on.

1. Tiza Mafira

she drives the Plastic Bag Diet Movement in Indonesia. With a career focused on defending the environment, the young woman is a lawyer and carried out a long campaign to ban the single use of plastic bags in her country. In 2015, she created a project so that merchants would not offer free bags and thus reduce the use of plastic.

Tiza believes that although plastic is a serious problem, the solution is very simple. The young lawyer also collaborated in campaigns defending the production of zero waste in cities, which consists of the principle that all waste is biodegradable and, somehow, returns to the earth or can be used as raw material for new products.

2. Afroz Shah

Like Tiza, who we just showed you, Afroz Shah is also a lawyer. He became known for his work cleaning up the beaches of Mumbai, India, after he moved into an apartment near the coast and decided to take action against the filth. Afroz is also known for its fight against the use of single-use plastics. He says that plastics, in themselves, are not the central problem of polluting the seas, but rather the relationship we have with their use.
