June Shannon participated in the American reality show Here Comes Honey Boo Boo and lost 150 kg in recent years. She had a tube gastrostomy in 2015. Since then, she has been on a strict diet and exercise regularly.
3. Rebel Wilson
Rebel Wilson started the slimming process in 2016. Since then, she has already lost 16 kg. The actress says the key to success is getting regular exercise.
4. Kelly Osbourne
Ozzy’s daughter has lost about 35 kg since 2009, when she participated in the program Dancing With The Stars🇧🇷 Kelly’s co-star set up a training routine and healthy diet for her.

When Jimmy Kimmel weighed 100 kg, he knew it was time for a change. He started training more and counting calories in his meals. Also, he did the intermittent fasting diet. Jimmy has already lost over 12 kg.
