While tartare is a delicious dish, teeth tartar is something we all tend to have. It is a more intense form of plaque that occurs when you forget the golden rule of three steps: brushing, flossing and rinsing. Baking soda and salt
Start with this simple but effective method. Baking soda is a powerful agent that has a antibacterial effect and also helps to whiten teeth.
Mix 1 tablespoon of baking soda with a pinch of salt and put some of this mixture on your toothbrush. Alternatively, add it to the toothpaste you use regularly. Do not brush with baking soda more than once a week, as this can damage your enamel.
