Ingredients

Filling

  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 sachet of corn with peas
  • 300 g of palm
  • 100 g of olives
  • oregano to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • olive oil to taste

Pasta

  • 3 eggs
  • 500 ml of milk
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 1 box of sour cream
  • 1/2 spoon of salt
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 spoon of baking powder
  • 50 g grated parmesan cheese

Preparation mode

  1. In a bowl, place all the ingredients for the stuffing, mix well and set aside;
  2. For the dough, in a blender, place the eggs, milk, oil, cream, salt and beat;
  3. Add the wheat and beat again. After that, add the yeast, Parmesan cheese and beat just to incorporate;

Preparation mode

  1. For the stuffing, in a pan, place the butter, onion, seasoning and sauté until the onion is transparent;
