10 practical and tasty recipes with gelatine that will surprise you

1. Two-ingredient gelatin dessert

Ingredients

  • 2 envelopes of cherry flavored gelatin
  • 420 ml of boiling water
  • oil for greasing
  • 2 packets of passion fruit flavor gelatin
  • 210 ml of boiling water
  • 2 boxes of sour cream

Preparation mode

  1. Mix the cherry gelatin with the 420 ml of boiling water until it dissolves well;
  2. Grease a baking dish with a hole in the middle with oil and pour the gelatin on top;
  3. Place in the fridge for about 3 hours or until firm.
  4. In a blender, beat the passion fruit gelatin with the 210 ml of boiling water for about 1 minute;
  5. Add the cream and beat for another 4 minutes;
  6. Pour into the roast and take it to the fridge for about 3 hours, until it’s very firm;
  7. When unmoulding, run a knife along all edges of the mold;
  8. Turn the mold on top of a plate;
  9. Serve ice cream!

2. Gelatin mosaic

Ingredients

  • 5 jello envelopes of different flavors
  • Boiling water
  • 2 packets of colorless unflavored gelatin
  • 1 box of condensed milk
  • 1 glass of coconut milk
  • 1 box of sour cream
  • oil for greasing

Preparation mode

  1. Dissolve each gelatin envelope separately, using 250 ml of boiling water in each;
  2. Place the jellies in separate jars and refrigerate for a few hours, until they are well firmed;
  3. In a pan, place the unflavored gelatin and dissolve in 10 tablespoons of cold water;
  4. Stir well and let it rest for about 3 minutes;
  5. Turn on the heat and cook the gelatin, always stirring, taking care not to boil, until dissolved;
  6. In the blender, add the condensed milk, coconut milk, cream and unflavored gelatin;
  7. Beat for 1 minute;
  8. Remove the jellies from the fridge and slice them into cubes;
  9. Pour all the cubes into a large bowl;
  10. Add the blender mixture to the bowl and mix well;
  11. Grease a baking dish with a hole in the middle with oil and pour the gelatin inside it;
  12. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for about 1 hour;

3. Jelly Candy

Ingredients

  • 200 ml of water
  • 1 colorless gelatin envelope
  • 1 packet of gelatin in the flavor of your choice

Preparation mode

  1. In a pan, add the water, the colorless gelatin and the flavored gelatin;
  2. Mix well and cook over low heat, without letting it boil;
  3. Pour the mixture into ice cube trays in the shape of your choice;
  4. Place in the fridge for 2 hours and unmold.
  5. Then, just taste it!

4. Gelatin sigh

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of refined sugar
  • 68 g of egg whites
  • 100 g icing sugar
  • 1 packet of gelatin in the flavor of your choice

Preparation mode

  1. In a pan, mix the sugar and the whites and cook on low heat until the grains dissolve, stirring constantly;
  2. Take this mixture to the mixer and beat for about 5 minutes at maximum speed, until you reach the meringue point;
  3. Add the icing sugar and gelatin powder and beat again, for about 5 minutes;

Ingredients

  • 1 box of condensed milk
  • 1 box of sour cream
  • 1 bottle of coconut milk
  • 24 g colorless, unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup of cold water
  • oil for greasing
  • 2 packets of strawberry-flavored gelatin
  • 250 ml of boiling water
  • 250 ml of cold water

Preparation mode

  1. In the blender, add the condensed milk, the cream and the coconut milk;
  2. In a container, place the colorless gelatin and water, stir well and microwave for 20 seconds, until it dissolves completely;
  3. Pour the hydrated colorless gelatin into the blender and beat everything for about 2 minutes;
  4. Grease a baking sheet with a hole in the middle with a little oil;
  5. Pour the cream into the mold, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours;
  6. In a container, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in the boiling water until homogeneous;
  7. Add the cold water and let it rest at room temperature, until lukewarm;
  8. Remove the gelatin cream from the fridge and unglue it from the mold, running a knife along the edges carefully;
  9. Do not unmold the gelatine cream, just unglue it from the mold;
  10. Carefully pour the cold strawberry gelatin over the cream;
  11. Cover with plastic wrap and return to the fridge and let it chill for at least 8 hours;
  12. Unmold the gelatin, carefully passing a spatula on the ends of the mold and turn it over on a plate;

6. Ice cream with gelatin

Ingredients

  • 1 packet of gelatin in the flavor of your choice
  • 250 ml of hot water
  • 250 ml of ice water
  • 1 box of condensed milk
  • 1 box of sour cream

Preparation mode

  1. In a blender, beat the gelatin and hot water just to blend;
  2. Add the ice water and beat some more;
  3. Add the condensed milk and the cream and beat until well blended;
  4. Pour this mixture into a container and take it to the freezer for about 3 hours;
  5. Remove from the freezer and pour the frozen mixture into the mixer;
  6. Beat on high speed for about 10 minutes, until doubled in volume.
  7. Pour the mixture into containers and freeze for at least 5 hours, or until hardened;
  8. Enjoy!

7. Gelatin maria-mole

Ingredients

  • 1 packet of colorless, unflavored gelatin
  • 5 tablespoons of cold water
  • 240 ml of boiling water
  • 1 packet of gelatin with the flavor of your choice
  • 1 cup of refined sugar
  • oil for greasing
  • 1 packet of shredded coconut

Preparation mode

  1. Dilute the colorless gelatin in cold water and let it rest for 5 minutes;
  2. Then take it to the microwave for 15 seconds, until it dissolves well;
  3. In another container, dilute the flavored gelatin in the boiling water;
  4. In the mixer, add the colorless gelatin and flavored gelatin and beat for about 5 minutes;
  5. Add the granulated sugar and beat for another 10 minutes, until you reach the consistency of meringue;
  6. Grease a mold with oil and pour the maria-mole mixture into it;
  7. Refrigerate in the fridge for a few hours, until firm.
  8. Grease the table and knife with a little oil;
  9. Remove the maria-mole from the fridge, unmold and cut into cubes;

Ingredients

  • 300 ml of boiling water
  • 1 box of condensed milk
  • 1 box (same measure of condensed milk) of milk
  • 1 box of sour cream

Preparation mode

  1. Dilute gelatin in boiling water;
  2. In the blender, add the condensed milk, the milk, the cream and the diluted gelatin;
  3. Whisk until well blended;
  4. Grease a mold with a hole in the middle with oil;

  • 6 tablespoons of cold water
  • 240 ml of water
  • 1 box of condensed milk
  • 2 boxes of sour cream
  • 2 cups of Nest milk
  • strawberries to decorate

Preparation mode

  1. Prepare strawberry gelatin according to package directions, pour into a large bowl and refrigerate until set;
  2. In a container, dilute the colorless gelatin in 6 tablespoons of cold water and let it rest for 8 minutes;
  3. Heat the colorless gelatin in the microwave for 15 seconds, until liquid;
  4. In the blender, add the water, condensed milk, milk cream and hydrated colorless gelatin;
