10 Mistakes That Went Noticed In Movies We Saw When We Were Kids

Have you ever noticed how most kids love watching the same movie over and over again? In general, this happens either because they love the story or because they are enchanted by some character. When we grow up, we often watch those same movies again and realize how hard it is to bring a story to the big screen. But one thing happens in this transition from childhood to adulthood: when we are children, we are so delighted with everything that appears on the scene that we are not always able to notice some mistakes made by the filmmakers and their team, something that usually changes in adulthood.

Many people remember these scenes and felt great relief when the family found him at the train station. The musical scene of the character Gaston is one of the most remembered in the film, but when we look closely, at a certain moment we see that there is a bearskin under Gaston’s chair. When the number comes to an end, the rug is no longer there.

Not even this children’s classic from the late 1990s could escape continuity errors. In the scene where Snowbell meets Stuart we can see that the Persian cat has a leash, but when they both return home, the cat appears without the leash.

This is one of the films most remembered by young people in the late 1980s, but it hasn’t escaped some mistakes either. If we look closely at the duel scene, more precisely when Westley throws his sword on the ground to approach Iñigo, we see Westley perform a stunt and land a certain distance from his sword. However, at the moment of getting her off the ground, he is practically beside her.

At one point in the film, one of the suitors rejected by Princess Jasmine is bitten by Rajah, her tiger. When the prince leaves the palace, we see that his clothes are ripped right where the cat took a bite, and it is at this moment that we see a part of his underwear. This other teen classic also has a small error, more precisely in the house of the protagonists. If we look closely at the mailbox, we see that a part of it changes color: at one moment it is white and at another it appears red.

In this other classic from the 1980s, we can see a small continuity error. In the middle of the movie, the Ghostbusters start to get famous and have their photo placed on the cover of the newspaper, but when we look closely we see that the photo is actually from the final battle of the movie.

By the time Hallie arrives at the hotel in San Francisco with her mother, following Annie’s plan, we see Elizabeth get out of the car and we see the butler, Martin, close the door. A little later, Hallie looks with great concern at her mother, and at that moment we see that the car door is still open.

Children from different parts of the world shouted “Bruce, Bruce, Bruce!” in that famous scene. But if we look closely, from one image to another, the amount and size of the last pieces of cake vary greatly.

At one point in the film, Peter tries to find an ax to rescue Alan, who got stuck in the wood when it became a kind of quicksand. At that moment, we see that there is nothing between the furniture and the door. In the next scene, when Peter returns with the axe, a suitcase appears in the place that was previously empty.
