  • 1 ½ cups refined sugar

  • 200 ml milk at room temperature
  • 50 ml of vinegar
  • 250 g of wheat flour
  • 200 g of refined sugar
  • 200 g of melted butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 10 g of powdered chocolate
  • red gel coloring
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
  • 15 g of baking powder

Ingredients for the stuffing

  • 1 liter of whipped cream
  • 200 g of cottage cheese
  • 395 g of condensed milk
  • juice from two lemons

Preparation mode

  1. In a container, add the milk, vinegar, mix and wait about 2 minutes until it curdles;
  2. Add the wheat flour, sugar, butter and stir until incorporated;
  3. Put the eggs, the chocolate powder and stir;
  4. Add enough food coloring to make the dough red, always mixing to make the color uniform. Then, put the vanilla essence and the yeast;
  5. Pour the dough on a removable bottom roast with parchment paper and take it to the oven preheated to 200º degrees for about 50 to 60 minutes;
