- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
Preparation mode

- Beat the banana, cacu and honey in a blender or mixer until it has a creamy consistency;

- Place in the freezer for at least 5 hours.
Syrup
- For the syrup, just mix all the ingredients;

- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 80 g to 150 g peanuts, walnuts, almonds or Brazil nuts

- Start by melting the chocolate and set aside;
- Separate the yolks from the whites and beat the egg whites;
- Mix the melted chocolate in the snow white and add the coconut oil and egg yolks;
- Incorporate the peanut to the dough and put everything in a shape;
- With the oven preheated to 200ºC, let the brownie bake for about 20 minutes;

Ingredients

- 1 level teaspoon unflavored gelatin
- 1 tablespoon of cold water
- 2 cups of zero yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Vanilla essence
- Red fruits
Preparation mode

- To start, put the granola in a food processor or blender (pulse mode) and blend;
- Soon after, add the honey and beat again;

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 measures of fake condensed milk (approximately 700 ml)
- 1 tablespoon of powdered milk
- 2 boxes of sour cream
- 200 g semisweet chocolate

Preparation mode
- In the pan, start putting the butter and fake condensed milk, then mix;
- Next, add the powdered milk and stir more, as if you were getting to the point of brigadeiro;
- Then, put a box of milk cream and stir until the cream thickens;
- On a platter, include the strawberries and grapes or other fruits of your choice;
- Cover with the cream and refrigerate for about 2 hours;
- The other step of the recipe is to melt the semisweet chocolate and mix it with another box of cream;

- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 1 measure of fake condensed milk
