10 Anxiety Triggers That Are Often Hidden in Your Home

Foods such as sausage, salami, corned beef, fried food, cereals made from refined flour, pastries, pasta, and high-fat dairy products are considered ultra-processed. Not only can they cause various physical problems, they can also influence our mental state in the form of anxiety and depression. So, if you can, try swapping them out for a healthier alternative and cooking your own food.

Watching television can seem like a relaxing evening activity for many people. However, this activity can be linked to anxiety in several ways. For example, some programs, such as news, psychological thrillers, and crime documentaries, can trigger anxiety. Also, sitting for a long time keeps the body inactive, which can lead to stress and fatigue. If you want to calm down after work, try taking a relaxing salt bath or doing some light yoga.
