You don’t complete me, you overflow me!

You are my exact size, my number. God made you exactly the way I asked, the way I imagined it in my dreams, it seems like I designed you.

You are my perfect fit.

It’s beautiful how our hands fit together, how our embrace fits, how it feels like we were tailor-made for each other.

I often joke that we complete each other, and in a way that’s true, because we brought our differences into each other’s lives and that way we learned so much about what we didn’t know yet, but despite that, in reality, people overflow.

We are complete, since before our paths crossed we were complete. And I was already happy and content with life as it was, until you showed up and showed me that it was possible to be more, to have more, to overflow with happiness and love.

You showed me that love is not something that is only found in the other, it starts in us, from the inside out and then when the other arrives “the glass is already full”, but still we fill it with love, even if spill, even if it overflows, after all it was not made to save money.

I don’t know how such love can exist. I don’t know how such care and tenderness is possible. I just know that I feel so much that it is not even possible to measure or explain, because I lack words to describe it.

When we are far from each other I pray for you, I ask God to protect you and that He never let you lose your essence, to light your way and always protect our love. For in addition to carrying you in my heart, I always carry you in my thoughts and prayers.

I just want you to know that I love you, that I wish you well above anything else and that you make me the happiest person in the world.
