When I started looking for myself

Live and enjoy the present.

Appreciate your mistakes and learn from them. Look for the positive side of difficult situations.

Forgive others and forgive yourself.

Enjoy what you have, even if it is (or seems like) little.

Give your dreams a chance and ideas. Also to the new people who come into your life.

Accept that things and people are not perfect.

What should you stop doing for yourself?

Stop spending time with the wrong people and getting into relationships for the wrong reasons.

Stop putting your own needs on the back burner.

– Stop holding on to the past and don’t berate yourself for past mistakes.

Stop holding grudges and lying to yourself.

– Stop being idle, let you complain and feel sorry for yourself.

Stop blaming others of your problems.

– Stop trying to buy happiness and Don’t just focus on the happiness of others.

Stop thinking you’re not ready yet or allowing others to pull you down.

– Stop trying to compete against everyone and Stop feeling jealous of others.

– Stop wasting time explaining to others and Stop trying to please everyone.
