“Swimming, running and cycling are things that can easily be turned into a habit. A good cardiovascular exercise is more important than the training itself”, guarantees the personal Gelband.

Then lift your feet sideways and forward, repeating between 10 and 12 times. The elastic band can be replaced with ankle weights. You can still do the exercise without either, but then the number of repetitions should be doubled or tripled.

Option 2: mattress

If you don’t have an elastic band, you can do the exercises on a mat. Stand on your side and raise your legs sideways. Do 10-15 times per leg with weights or 20-30 times without them.

Back kicks are great exercises to work your hips and glutes. Squat down, place your elbows on the floor and lift one foot back: between 15 and 20 kicks for each leg.

The third exercise is the pelvis lift. Lie on your back, extend your arms along the floor with your palms facing down and lift your pelvis. Do between 10 and 20 moves.

The exercise provides an even load on the buttocks and hamstring muscles. This tones your legs and hips. It’s even more effective if you place an object between your knees, like a gym ball.

Stretching

At this stage, Victoria’s Secret models are free to choose their own stretching exercises. They practice pilates, yoga and do basic stretching exercises.

Try lying on your back and bringing your knee to your chest, alternately. Sit down and slowly try to reach your toes.
