Ingredients for 4 people

Elaboration

Separate the cauliflower into florets. Wash it well and dry it a little.

Heat plenty of oil (150ml) in a frying pan. Dredge the florets in flour and beaten egg, and add them to the pan. Fry them over medium heat until golden brown. Remove, transfer them to a large saucepan and cover them with water (1 inch above).

Peel the garlic cloves, slice them and fry them in the same pan where you fried the cauliflower florets. Add a tablespoon of flour and sauté it a little. Pour the mixture over the cauliflower, season and cook for approximately 15-20 minutes. Defat the broth.

Serve the cauliflower on 4 plates. Sprinkle it with a little sweet or hot paprika (to taste) and decorate the plates with some parsley leaves.
