The high anxiety that I will experience will lead me to speak haltingly, in an excessively low tone, without fluency and without establishing eye contact. I will not be able to properly follow the conversations and, Ultimately, the interaction will be a failure. My belief has been fulfilled.

You can get what you want, but you have to believe it
