The Kabbalah Diet promises to transform body and mind in 22 days. See how it works –

The philosophy became a book by the hands of Ian Mecler, “Cabala Diet – 22 Days to Transform Body, Mind and Soul” (Editora Record), and brings, in addition to a theoretical part that explains the principles of the program, a practical part, with 22 classes that must be read and performed one each day, which includes not only a menu for re-education, but also magical psalms and new positive habits. The program is divided into three stages: body diet, mind diet and soul diet.

In the first stage, you learn the need to remove some foods from your usual diet to restore the body’s physiological mechanism, as explained by nutrologist Luiz Guedes: “in this phase, the program proposes 7 duties, which are the reduction of gluten, sodium and sugar, the addition of seeds, water, live foods (vegetables, fruits and greens) and peaceful foods (without animal meat). These changes already improve the functioning of the body, in addition to reducing the inflammatory process of harmful foods, which provides us with a better quality of life”.

The second phase focuses on abandoning negative habits created from some trauma. According to the program, for every problem there is a trigger that generates a compulsive action within the mind. And that, consequently, will generate a reward to calm this state. According to Luiz Guedes, “the diet proposes to follow the teachings of Kabbalah itself to cure this vicious circle, which are: knowing how to share, the blessing, the power of saying no, the power of saying yes and meditation”.

Phase three, in turn, aims at creating mantras that will make your soul become more spiritual. According to the nutrologist, this is achieved in the diet by reciting mantras and psalms aloud, at specific times. “But it is essential that the practitioner of the diet understand what that precept means”, he recalls.
