the russian artist Anastasia ‘Stushona’ Ivanova31 years old, illustrates his daily challenges in super fun comics, and his creative outlet seems to be giving a new face to his “problems”.
Stushona specializes in illustration, but has only been drawing comics for 8 months. “The character is my alter ego,” she told the Bored Banda blog. “The character is a thoughtful girl who finds non-standard ways to solve her problems.”
“I draw topics that bother me,” she said. “Through comics, I express my attitude towards the world. self-irony is the best way to deal with problems.”
When there is no inspiration, Anastasia says she travels or asks her friends to share their experiences. And she takes that as inspiration for new comics.
